In Weigendorf was a significant boundary point between the nursing home Hersbruck and the district judge Sulzbach of the Duchy of Palatinate Neuburg. When the border monument was set on September 24, 1750, in the presence of the district magistrate of Sulzbach and the caretaker of Hersbruck, the "coat of arms and delicacy" of the coat of arms was rightly admired and the wish expressed that it was "a constant monument to an uninterrupted good neighborhood be".
