This climb is a real epic that will take you, at the cost of a long effort, through varied landscapes (village, valleys, pastures, forests and alpine peaks). The road is not always in good condition and the bitumen disappears on several passages of a hundred meters during the crossing of the forest, but these slightly gravel parts remain passable with a road bike, uphill in any case. At times the road seems to rear up, the slope steepens abruptly, and you will have to put in the watts to get through. It's sporty, it's wild, but god it's beautiful!

The road surface is certainly not in good condition, this step is better done uphill rather than downhill. In some points, especially in the part of the hairpin bends inside the coniferous forest, the road in some points has sections where it has collapsed and there is no asphalt but dirt road.
