According to the large sign, the Lindenhof should be an apartment building with five parties from 1995. But as it looks now (early 2020) it is no longer inhabited. It's a shame about the beautiful house, but to get it you have to spend a lot of money.

In the immediate vicinity of the Lindenhof, at Bredenbeker pond, there is a very nice playground with the great Eulenskulptur (see photo) and overlooking the lake.

Wilhelm Gratenau commissioned the Hamburg architect Erich Elingius in 1919 to design the Lindenhof as a manor house on the western bank of the Bredenbek pond. Two golf clubs have been established on the grounds of the Lindenhof estate since the 1960s. The two 18-hole courses characterize the landscape with their stately vegetation on long stretches of the paths around the pond.
