The Church of Elijah the Prophet in the village of Ilyinskoye. Its construction was completed in the 1820s, but it was started much earlier, at the end of the 18th century. This explains the closeness to the Suzdal and Yaroslavl churches of that time, which is evident in the type of construction and its design. The five-domed church itself and the refectory have been preserved. The bell tower was built in the 19th century, and its style does not match the main part, although it is proportionally related to it.
The church was built in the 19th century, it used to be incredibly beautiful, large, with paintings on the walls and ceiling, rich... Then Soviet times came, and it was turned into a grain barn, a bomb storage facility, and much more. It was completely plundered and destroyed.
