A narrow path leads along the Kalbsangsttobelbach. Easy to run with good shoes and some surefootedness (especially when it's muddy and damp).

The Kalbsangsttobelbach is a 2.43-kilometer long, sometimes water-bearing ravine near Mariaberg in Kempten (Allgäu). This ravine is considered to be one of the most important ravines in the city; it flows into the Rottach at Unterheggers via the Thingerstobelbach. The ravine is listed as a biotope.

The ravine has a steep incline and has been preserved as a long ravine ditch. Flatter, gravelly sections and steep breaks from conglomerate banks alternate. The upper veal tobacco also has branches.

A special feature of the ravine are the lateral spring corridors, these are tufa limestone springs with occurrences of two-striped spring maids.

A hiking trail leads through the ravine to the Mulzer-Föhre and the Mariaberg.
