    Idyllic forest pond with a special color scheme. It is located southwest of Lütsche-Dorf. In summer it is often used for swimming.

          From 1691 to 1702, the main section of the Flößgraben was built, which led from the Lütsche brook to the Langengrundteich (the site of today's campground at the Lütsche dam) on the slopes of the Borzelberg, Steigerberg and Eisenberg.
          Above the Lütsche is the small mountain lake "Langer Grund".
          It is fed from two smaller streams (Langer Grund and Oberster Wiesengrund), both of which arise near the winter sports town of Oberhof (in the two valleys north and south of the Lärchenkopf).
          The "Langer Grund" is used by the Frankenhain fishing club as a breeding ground for various types of fish.
          There is a direct connection to the Lütsche reservoir, which begins just a few meters below.
