A circa 1km long interval round at which one after the climbing piece to the fork to the Franz Ferdinand hut has managed YOU right under the playground and continue as far as the hut until you turn right the wide path, which consists ONLY roots, see and shredded the Down then it goes left again on the Schutzhausstraße and about 200m straight down to the right the FIRST Bankerl comes! (see photo) Interval training is the best workout to use its maximum power for a long time, but you have to be careful to give EVERYTHING to get up to the hut and then just relax more on the root carpet just like the last 200m if you after the "singletrack" turn left onto the "Schutzhausstraße" and as soon as you reach the bank you can treat your heart with a little break! Intervals (trained in the long run) press your heartbeat with the greatest efforts. It is also so important when it goes downhill just to relax so that your heart rate drops again! The highlight is really fun uphill so you think YOU have to puke from exertion and relax downhill! If you make regular intervals you will soon notice the huge stamina and the enormous increase in power! I wish you lots of fun and success!
