High above the village Ehrenberg stands on the summit of the 429 meter high Chapel Hill the still stately Romanesque ruin of the Ottilie chapel, which was still visible before the afforestation of the hilltop with coniferous forest.
The place of the Ehrenberger chapel is considered as a place of Germanic god worship. From the edge of the forest below the ruins open up beautiful views of the region.
