The Gutshaus Leezen is a neo-gothic mansion from the 19th century. It is located in Leezen in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim on the eastern shore of Lake Schwerin.

The Mecklenburg Good Leezen (Office Schwerin) was several centuries in the possession of the family of Halberstadt. Before 1790 the property came to the family of Laffert. Already in 1791 Marie Juliane Louise von Laffert sold as a widow of the captain of Laffert the Good Leezen to Kammerrath Otto von Hahn on Dammerow (Office Lübz). Still 1791 Otto von Hahn sells the estate to Matthias Franz von Bülow on Vorbeck (Amt Crivitz).

In the first half of the 19th century came after several changes of ownership of the estate to the family Evers. 1850 had Carl Detlef Evers built by the Mecklenburg state architect Alexander Friedrich Jatzow the manor house in late Classicist-early Gothic style. The heirs of Carl Detlef Evers sold the estate to the Diestel family.

After the Second World War and the expropriation of the last owners were housed in the manor house refugees and displaced persons. The estate was converted into an LPG. In the early 1990s, the building was empty. In 1995, a complete renovation, whereby only the outer skin was obtained. In the manor house several condominiums and offices have been established. The former office Ostufer Schweriner See maintained until the end of 2013 in the house a registry office.

The structure of the two-storey mansion follows classicistic models, but shows in detail already forms of Neo-Gothic: Tudor archways over the windows of the first floor, four-passages in the ornamental forms in the central risalite. The building is flanked by four corner towers with pointed helmets. The triaxial Mittelrisalit on the elfachsigen courtyard side has a triangular pediment with staggered windows. The Mittelrisaliten the thirteen-axis park side was a single-storey annexed roof terrace.
