The small brewery sold malt beer specialties. Ballroom with bowling alley and beer garden for 1500 guests should boost beer consumption. The villa served as a residential and administrative seat. But already in 1908 the brewery went bankrupt. The production halls then had different users and the beautiful villa is still a restaurant today.
