The ships built in Brandenburg on the Havel until 1962 came from a proud tradition.
Both the fishing vessels, passenger and towing vehicles from the first fifty years of existence of the shipyard as well as the "pots" commissioned by the Volkswerft and laid down for inland and seagoing navigation have the good reputation of the quality company in Germany and abroad born the world. The historic harbor is located at the Packhof, not far from the Millennium Bridge.
