Villa Picedi, also known as Villa Vascelli or Villa del Vescovo,[1] is a neoclassical building located at the eastern end of the Dattaro bridge in Parma, in the Cittadella district.

Villa Picedi, known to the “Parmigians” as “the Bishop’s house”, stands at the eastern end of the Dattaro bridge at the southern edge of the city walls. Of very ancient origin (17th century), it is one of the most famous residences in the city. Today, in order to restore to its maximum splendor what is considered one of the most valuable architectural testimonies of the city of Parma, a philological restoration of Villa Picedi is proposed with the opportunity to create residences and/or offices capable of arousing the same emotions experienced by the original owners.
