The Sunniggrat or Sunnig Grätli can be reached from Arnisee (Intschibahn mountain station) via easy-to-walk (T2) paths. The path initially leads over beautiful rooty forest paths, which are replaced by paths through a beautiful raised moor and in the final climb leads over rocky, earthy terrain.

The Sunnigggrat is a wonderful panoramic peak!

On the way there, it's definitely worth taking a detour to the Sunniggrat hut, which is decorated with a lot of heart and the hut staff are super friendly and the view of the beautiful Seeli is also delightful!

Great view all around. From Lake Lucerne in the north over the Urnen Mountains in the east and west to the mountains of Ticino far in the south! However: fresh snow makes the hike arduous and requires careful walking in the blocks on the last meters to the summit cross.
