A worthwhile viewing platform, even if you have to walk a little longer to get to the wooden walkway.
There are two viewing points along the way where you can watch birds.
Here at the tower you have a great view over the Steinhuder Meer 🌊 and you can also see the island of Wilhelmsburg and take binoculars with you.

The western tower can be reached via a very picturesque wooden walkway and offers a fantastic view over the Steinhuder Meer. Unlike its eastern counterpart, it stands directly in the water. There are two bird observation houses along the access path (take binoculars with you)
