The path walks much better than the stony beach. There is always something up and down so it never gets boring. Very quiet in winter and a great view of the Baltic Sea through the bare trees.

The wooded area between Sellin and Binz is definitely worth taking long hikes - even in the heat of summer.
Personally, however, I also have somewhat negative memories: I was in the army in Sellin, and in the Granitz we always had to complete the endurance test (15km with full equipment). :O
Back then, you couldn't imagine that you would do such (and longer) hikes voluntarily :D - and I only wanted one thing: "Get off Rügen!".
Now we come to Sellin at irregular intervals (better in spring than in summer) and enjoy the beautiful hilly landscape. The hike in the Granitz is always a must.
The beach hike from Binz to Sellin is also an unforgettable highlight! But to be honest: I don't know whether we'll do it again so quickly... :D ;)

The route from Binz to Sellin is very beautiful on the Hochuferwanderweg, but also wonderful if you hike a little further in the forest. Both routes are simply beautiful.

A nice hike from pier to pier. You can drive back in a relaxed manner with the Racing Roland.
The cliffs are particularly attractive, as is the beautiful shady forest.
