One of the Dukes of Giedraičiai in 1712. A wooden chapel was built in the Avilais cemetery, which belonged to the Dusetii parish. in 1744 she was served by the Pijori monks who settled here. in 1794 The beehives are assigned to Antazave parish.
1812-1818 The owner of the Beehive Manor, Gertruda Kaminskienė, built a new chapel on the site of the current church. Vincent Beliković in 1815 asked the bishop of Vilnius to allow services to be held in Aviliai (he had repaired the chapel). Reverend L. Misevičius, who received support from the Kruvičius landowners of Vencav, in 1875. converted the chapel into a church. A sacristy was introduced on both sides, the building was extended. Priest Juozapas Laniauskas in 1891 walled up the churchyard and cemetery.
