Unfortunately a sculpture is missing in 03/2019
The sculpture group is from 1984 - unfortunately I have found no further explanation.
Christa Biederbick (born December 17, 1940 in Balve, Westphalia) is a German graphic artist and sculptor.

The multi-part sculpture “Group of People” was created as part of “Art in Architecture” in a competition in which four other artists participated in addition to Christa Biederbick. A thematic reference to the use of the building as a police headquarters was not required.
