Mill De Wachting is a flour mill from 1848 on the Vlasmarkt in Tholen. It is a round stone mill with a radius of 23.50 meters.

The mill remained in operation using wind power until 1930. After this, the mill served as a mechanical mill. The milling company stopped in 1964 and in 1980 Jan and Iza van Gorsel bought the adjacent building and mill. The plan was to incorporate the wrecked mill hull into the house. It turned out differently. The hull was renovated and the ground and first floors were added to the house.

After the necessary restorations, the mill was fully operational again on September 5, 2009. You can buy all kinds of craft products in the mill shop. Willem Bastiaanse's model collection is also exhibited in the mill.
