The Manufactum department store is located in the light-filled former counter hall of the former Bremer Bank. From 1902 to 1904, the bank building on the Domshof was built in the neo-Renaissance style according to plans by the architects Albert Dunkel and Diedrich Tölken. In 2016, a branch of Manufactum was opened in the counter hall. Since 2016, the now covered atrium has housed Markthalle Acht (Acht because of the address Domshof 8).
