It sits majestically on the promontory of Capo Sant'Elia, a silent sentinel that has looked out over the sea for decades. With every step you take closer to the lighthouse, you feel the history and importance of this place. The old stones, marked by wind and weather, tell stories of stormy nights and calm mornings.

When you finally reach the top, a panorama opens up to you that will take your breath away. The two gulfs - the Gulf of Angels and the Gulf of Quartu Sant'Elena - spread out before you like a painting that nature has painted in its most beautiful colors. The deep blue of the sea, lined with the rough coastline, and the wide sky above make everyday life seem far away.

Although the place is a bit out of the way and the climb takes energy, you will quickly feel that every step was worth it. Here, high above the sea, with the lighthouse by your side, you feel free and unattached, as if you were floating above the waves with the seagulls.
