Located near the Kobelkirche, is the Kobelkreuz. It was built in 1931 on the initiative of the Kobelschutzverein. The copper-plated steel framework is 18 meters high. The planning was done by the architect Eduard Kaiser. From the Kobelkreuz there is an impressive view that reaches as far as Augsburg.
