Prestigious relais among the beech woods of the Piancavallo – Cansiglio ridge. It stands on the ashes of the former Baracca del Sauc, a historic restaurant active in the 1960s and 1970s, at the end of the Venezia delle Nevi cycle and pedestrian route.

Inaugurated in 2021, after a major renovation and expansion, it embodies the mountain dream of the creative Paduan Wally Fabbro and the entrepreneur Dino Galuppini. A new dimension that combines sustainability, tradition and charm. The recovery and redevelopment operation transformed the old building into an agricultural company integrated into the surrounding landscape, thanks to an eco-lodge-style wooden plank roof, with an adjoining dairy and animal shelter. The interiors take up and develop the theme of wood which in the seven rooms translates into furnishings with essential lines, made specifically, mirrored wardrobes and double-height walls that give great scope to the rooms with a typical mountain atmosphere. The lighting is charming and, for the rooms, was entrusted to a wonderful collection of lamps from the early twentieth century discovered by a trusted antique dealer, while in the restaurant room they were made to measure in a Murano furnace.

Adjacent to the building, the wellness area available to guests upon reservation, offers a sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path and a spectacular panoramic relaxation area overlooking the Pordenone plain. The farm also has a restaurant with 0 km products, such as platters with cave cheeses and cold cuts of venison and wild boar, accompanied by a fruit and mountain herb salad. The menu offers traditional dishes revisited with creativity according to the seasons.
