The war memorial on the Brink in Norg was erected in memory of all residents of the former municipality of Norg who died as a result of war during the occupation years and of all people who died in Norg. The names of the fourteen victims are: G. Bakker, P.R. Been, A. Boude, E.A. Brinton, S.G. Burnam-Richards, M. Fabert, P. Hoekema, F. De Jong, O.G. De Jong, F. Legger, R. Pentinga, B. Ploeg, M.G. Smallridge and B.R. Westerdijk.

The war memorial on the Brink in Norg (municipality of Noordenveld) was erected in memory of all residents of the former municipality of Norg who died as a result of war during the years of occupation and of all people who died in Norg.

The names of the fourteen victims are:

G. Bakker, P.R. Been, A. Boude, E.A. Brinton, S.G. Burnam-Richards, M. Fabert, P. Hoekema, F. De Jong, O.G. De Jong, F. Legger, R. Pentinga, B. Ploeg, M.G. Smallridge and B.R. Westerdijk.

Incorporation
The establishment of the memorial was an initiative of the Norger Committee 4 and 5 May 1995. This happened after it was established that not all war victims in the municipality of Norg were commemorated on memorials.
