Really great, old cobbled street on which it rumbles powerful and rattles ;-)
Already very demanding and exhausting!
At Paris-Roubaix she would have got 3 stars, maybe 4 (because of the length).

It is a very nice way. But the quality for a signposted bike connection is described as "reasonably" rather good. It also depends on the weather. When it's dry, it works like this. Too narrow, often overgrown. In plain English: It is more of an imposition.

Most of the old salt road is paved with bumpy cobblestones.
It's good that such relics still exist and remind us of the old days...but comfortable is something else...but you can ride on the sand strips here on the edges - sometimes left and sometimes right.
A MTB full suspension bike is clearly the better choice here than a touring bike. 😉
