Today's Catholic parish church of St. Oswald was built in 1816/18 in the classicist style with a single tower shape. The core of the tower basement probably dates back to the Middle Ages. The highlights inside are a Gothic Madonna from the beginning of the 15th century and a Resurrected Christ by Johann Joseph Keßler created for Bildhausen Abbey in 1741/42. The high altar by Jacob Conrad Bechthold, made in 1775/76, comes from the Aschaffenburg collegiate church, the high-quality paintings of the side altars were created by Heinrich Schleyer in 1760. A simple baptismal font from 1679 is now crowned by a group of figures depicting the baptism of Jesus by Heinz Schiestl, who also painted the high-quality Pietà in 1919 created. The classicist organ front by Johann Kirchner (1820) is remarkable.

In addition to the church, which is centrally located on a hill, the silhouette of the place is characterized by the rectory, which was built in 1629 in the Echter period style with its characteristic mix of Gothic and Renaissance forms. Also worth seeing are the picturesque half-timbered building of the old blacksmith shop and a valuable rococo shrine from 1750 on the village square with beautiful old trees.
