The route leads through a lofty, forested pass. Back in the 1990s, there was no road here, only forest paths known only to the local population and mushroom pickers. A thinning was made and a narrow slab surface was laid, instead of a decent asphalt road, allowing vehicles to pass each other.

There is asphalt at both ends of this route, but most of it is concrete slabs with holes. The lane between the slabs is locally asphalted, which may tempt someone to speed along this lane. Unfortunately, the asphalt ends quickly and we hit thick gravel and stones.

There is also asphalt on both sides of the slabs, placed, I guess, in places where there is greater water runoff to prevent erosion. Where there is no asphalt, the edges of the slabs sometimes protrude above the roadside and it is easy to fall.

From the side of the village of Końskie, the slabs are in worse technical condition - they are sometimes cracked and sunken in the middle.

Watch out for numerous cars and vans.

The road is not maintained during the winter.
