The shrine was placed next to the Volunteer Fire Department in Raczkowa, on the left side of the road, heading towards the village of Końskie.
What attracts attention is the realistically made figure of a Roman soldier-officer in a helmet, with a naked torso and shoulders covered with a cloak, holding a banner.
A not very legible plaque explains that this was done:
"In the Millennium Year
and 65th anniversary celebrations Unit
firefighters of the Raczkowa Volunteer Fire Department
1935 - 2000"
