Since 1995, the chapel has again had three bells, which ring down into the valley on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. Here, hikers enjoy an incomparably beautiful panoramic view of the near and far surroundings of the Vogtland, the Ore Mountains, and the Fichtel Mountains.

The Santa Clara Chapel served as a former hinterland observation post during the time of German division and was deliberately painted bright white. cleaned. Refugees were supposed to believe they had already reached Bavarian territory.
