On the village road, one lane has been reserved for motor vehicles in the middle of the road. On both sides of the road, wide verges of about 120-150 centimetres have been painted for pedestrians and cyclists.

In the event of a collision, cars will temporarily give way to the verge, which will be marked with a kerb. If there are cyclists or pedestrians on the verge, the motorist must wait long enough to allow safe overtaking. When overtaking a pedestrian or cyclist, the cyclist must give way to the central reservation.

The speed limits on the village road are 20 and 30 km/h. 20 km/h is the speed limit when approaching from the town centre. There are clear signs indicating the start of the village road, and three attention lines are painted on the road to mark the start and end of the village road.
