Casapueblo (later House of the People / Village) is the home of the famous Uruguayan artist Carlos Páez Vilaró, who died in 2014. To the house belong a museum, an art gallery, a hotel and a restaurant. The entire complex is designed in the style of Greek island villages and reminds a little bit of Santorini in its building cascade. It is located near Punta del Este at Punta Ballena in Uruguay.
