The bronze sculpture "Girl with an Umbrella" by Otto Peters stands in the park on Kreuzburger Straße. It stands on a stepped plinth, so that the left foot is slightly raised. In her right hand, she carries an umbrella, her head turned to the left.

The depiction is formalized and focuses on the interplay of posture, umbrella, and dress. At hip height, the dress is billowing, resembling the round shape of the umbrella. The body itself is designed in a naturalistic and slightly reduced manner, and, through the combination of the stylized depiction of umbrella and dress, acquires a very distinctive effect.
