Galleria Civica di Trento – Monument to the “Giuliani” family

The Family Monument project created by the artist English Gillian contributes to the Civic Gallery of Contemporary Art of Trento has reached its epilogue. Now is the time to draw conclusions, to rethink critically - away from debates and controversies sparked by the event - the different phases of the work and the relative contents that are sedimented in the collective feeling.

The element of greatest characterization of the work is certainly its so-called "social" character, which has become part of a debate not only national and from a time of reflection on to a mobile and fluid concept such as that of the family contemporary.
