The historic Villa Beust (Café »Malerwinkel«) on Königssee has been sold to a Berlin investor. The building, which is not far from the entrance to the Berchtesgaden National Park, is to be given a new concept. Unfortunately, what will ultimately happen to the historic villa, which is a listed building, remains unclear.
