Bergen is something like the capital of Rügen - with around 14,000 inhabitants it is very tranquil. The old town with numerous half-timbered buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries is absolutely worth seeing.

The last 4 km of cycle paths from the direction of Strahlsund to Bergen are roads without cycle paths. The cars pass close by. Cycle paths are rare in mountains. From my point of view, borderline for cyclists.

That's true, I ride on the cycle path from Bergen to Sassnitz and back via Mukran and then towards Sassnitz. You can also drive over Tilzower Berg and then drive towards Sellin and there are some cycle paths there too, but not in Tilzow.
