There are no official trails in the Castle Rock Badlands. Castle Rock is on private land, and visitors are asked to be respectful of the land by following existing user-created paths and avoiding climbing on the chalk rocks which are highly susceptible to erosion. Parking past the cattle gate may be difficult without a 4WD vehicle.
Visitors should keep an eye out for special formations such as Natural Stonehenge, and plan to spend up to a couple hours exploring the rock formations.
