The main building, which was originally built in the 16th century, has been the centerpiece of the entire Hainesch-Iland nature reserve for many years. Here you will find the restaurant "Alte Mühle", which impresses with traditional and new German cuisine, nostalgic charm and a fantastic view of the Mühlenteich on the Alsterwanderweg. In addition, in the past few years, the Mühlenkate, Mühlendiele and Haus am See have restored three more houses on the cobblestone property.
