The house has two floors, in the lower one there is a wide hall that is accessed through two large corner arches. On the main façade, there is a sun terrace between windbreaks facing south.
On the side façade and over the arcade there is a cantilevered iron balcony on stone corbels, whose door on its lintel presents a shield that does not bear any stamp or decoration, with the quartered field, which could correspond to the family arms. nuñez.
It is a construction made with ashlar load-bearing walls and a lower structure of doors and wooden beams.
The portal located on the enclosure of the farm has a single body and is made of ashlar stone. It contains a large semicircular arch between recessed pilasters and on its keystone a shield with unidentified weapons, which is arranged on a scroll cartouche and with the field split and divided into several quarters. The doorway is topped by a cornice decorated with pyramids and Herrerian balls and a stone cross in the center crowning the shield.
There is another secondary door, with a lintel structure in one of the lateral sections.
