Very nice little beach area, which is surrounded by rocks.
From Taormina you can reach it on foot via an old staircase and hiking trail (but best to wear at least sneakers here). The entrance to the trail is in Via Porta Pasquale. The path itself is not so nice towards the end and here and there is also some garbage around, higher up but you have a very nice view of the bay and the mountains. Alternatively, as far as I know, there is also a bus stop nearby (if anyone knows that better - please let me know!)
After passing the beach chairs at the Caravella Beach Club, a small public beach joins in, which was nice and quiet on our visits. The locals use the rocks for climbing.
In the sea, in some places, small rocks can be found, between which one can observe while snorkeling fish and sea urchins.
Small disadvantage: the sun disappears quickly behind the rocks in the afternoon. But one is also protected with a little shower.
