The path was once a forest mountain track to access the facilities of an old cable car built on top of Pico del Lobo. The current path is an entertaining and hidden mountain path with several ridges to soften the slope. In several sections, the branches of the pines create a veritable corridor of vegetation. The path leaves the pine forest, makes the last curve and reaches the mountain range in the Aventadero pass. The gap is very panoramic and there is a milestone indicating the percentage of the slope with the distance to the summit of Pico del Lobo.
