A small dam in the middle of nowhere but so important.
This dam is the water Reserve of 25 villages.
Tucked in between hills of the Lekgalameetse region, it’s not exactly easy to find but therefore it’s peaceful and beautiful.
The dam wall is accessible, not like all dams, and stairs leading down the dam wall allow great views.
Beyond that was unfortunately overgrown and inaccessible.
An interesting drive to get there, going through small African villages on sand roads.
These roads are not advisable after heavy rain.
