        The Bärenstein lookout point can be found in the southwest of Gößweinstein, in the street of the same name. From there the path leads you to the old sports field and on through a rocky gorge to the "Bärenstein". From here you have a wonderful view over Gößweinstein with the two distinctive landmarks of the community.
