The nature reserve "Dümmer, Hohe Sieben and Ochsenmoor" consists of the west and south banks of the "Dümmer", the species-rich wet and wet meadows with ditches and isolated scrub forest areas in the "Ochsenmoor" as well as the large reed beds with transitions to wet, extensively used sedge meadows in the "High Seven".
