Poldermolen K is a polder mill built in 1635 in the Dutch municipality of Alkmaar. The mill was later equipped with a mortar. It is a thatched octagonal mill of the ground sailor type with an Old Dutch sail cross. The hood is equipped with a stem with wooden rollers, which are seasoned on the inside. The mill, like many North Holland polder mills, is an inner mill. It is equipped with a fixed strut catch. In 1645 the mill as a whole was moved several tens of meters. That was unusual at the time; normally the mill was dismantled.

The mill drained the former department K of the Schermer. These departments no longer exist. When De Schermer switched to electric drainage, the various departments were merged. The mill is actually ready to grind, but due to changes on site in connection with the installation of an electric pumping station, the watercourse is at polder level and it only pumps the water around.

The mill, which cannot be visited, is owned, together with the other Schermer mills, by the De Schermer Mills Foundation.
