Although it was probably mentioned as an inn in 1198, the building was still outside the city walls at that time.
You can't imagine the size from the outside. Well attended inside - lots of tourists - and not too cheap. Still, like the Temple Bar Pub, a place where you should have a pint. There is also their Harp Lager here near the Guinness brewery 😉
