There are few places on Koh Samui that offer a magnificent view, cool ambience and excellent cuisine at the same time. This is part of it - from noon to night.

"The Cliff Bar & Grill" is the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch after a morning sunbath down at Thongtakian Beach; or simply to spend a few quiet, pleasurable hours on a sun terrace far away from the tourist crowds of Chaweng. The location and view are unbeatable, and the light Mediterranean cuisine is also convincing. The specialties of the house are "Piri Piri Chicken" in homemade sauce, seafood platters and self-composed fresh salads in all variations. The influences are clearly recognizable from Italy, Spain and Portugal - with a hint of extravagance in the presentation.

"The Cliff" has been an institution on the island since 2004 and has received several awards. Early booking is recommended, especially if you want to sit on the viewing terrace overlooking the picturesque bay. In the evenings, the restaurant is transformed into a chilled lounge and bar, so a tapas dinner by candlelight and moonlight is also highly recommended.
