From the mountain road across from the Sigrizalm, a cart path branches off just before the Stacheleckalm in the direction of Gronetseck. This path continues in the direction of Luckenkopf, where it ends at the feudal Fockensteinhütte. From there it continues until this path joins the Wiesseer Höhenweg in the direction of Auer Alm. This time I walked the trail in front of the Fockensteinhütte and carried, pushed or rode the MTB 🥵. This trail leads over the ridge of the Gronetseck to the Steinbachtal side, where the mountain road and thus better mobile ground 😅 is soon reached - this trail is not flowy at all 😁. Here you are truly in the middle of nowhere and can take a wonderfully tranquil forest bath before heading back down into the Steinbachtal.
