The family produces raw-milk cheeses using age-old methods, matured in a cool stone cellar. A slice of toma or fontina offers a quiet moment of warmth and simplicity, right in the heart of a demanding day. From here, it’s downhill into the Oulx valley. Mostly.

Alpine pasture specializing in the sale of milk (mainly available in the afternoon) and cheeses (Fresh and aged Piedmontese type toma, Toma del lait brusc, Bruss with pepper, chilli and herbs). Open from 30 June to 30 September. Usually in the morning the shepherds are milking and come back by half
