The most urban part of the Manzanares linear park has been extended to the southeast along both banks of the river with recently paved walkways and bike lanes. The renaturation of the river has allowed the development of native flora and fauna species, making the route much more pleasant and less urban. It is important to travel carefully by bicycle, especially on days with the greatest influx of public.
