Romanesque church with a single nave, with a semicircular apse and covered with a pointed barrel vault. The original work is built with perfectly squared stone blocks; On the other hand, the fortification is made of unhewn stone, with some squared ashlar.

Right on an elevated part, so it dominates the view of this small urban center. It is a building with a single nave with a semicircular apse facing east and covered with a pointed barrel vault. In the apse the round is smaller, an almond-shaped quarter sphere. The original work is built with perfectly squared stone blocks; On the other hand, the fortification is made of unhewn stone, with some squared ashlar.

While most of the work is in the Romanesque style, the choir corresponds to the late Gothic, while the sacristy is in the popular style. The church was built at the end of the 12th or beginning of the 13th century, and was later fortified, around the 14th or 15th centuries, so that it acquired the external appearance of a small fortress.
