We currently have the opportunity to count on the presence of the third generation of the family lineage in the town of Saus, in Alt Empordà. Known as "Palmero el joven", Alfredo, lover of Picasso, is considered an artist with a great capacity for work, innovator and possessor of natural talent.
Surrounded by art since his childhood, Alfredo is today seen as a great promise with works known throughout the State, such as his collection of harlequins or the characteristic meninas.
Coffee, women's sex or beauty are the basic themes in his paintings and it is these kinds of works that occupy the family museum in the Empordà population.
For more than thirty years, the family has had a museum in this locality which is open all year round to the interested public. Even so, it is during this summer month that, from 6 to 9 in the afternoon and in the morning by prior appointment, the farmhouse is transformed into a summer workshop where the works of the third generation are exhibited of the descent
For five years Alfredo has been showing his works outdoors, in the so-called "artistic environment". Collages, sculptures and paintings are mixed to recreate the idea of an open-air museum where attendees can enjoy the author's explanations as well as see the works in a natural environment and above all with the characteristic light that they reflect their own paintings.
It is in this month of August that his unpublished works, never exhibited in any kind of gallery and even without a frame, can be seen.
These days you can find six of the twenty girls who make up one of the author's future exhibitions. The life-size works were created this past July.
